About Our Research
Psychiatrist Robert Roerich, M.D. has studied mental imagery in the treatment of
emotional trauma. A new mental imagery or senticon mental status assessment
was developed clinically with thousands of patients in private practice since 1992.

In 1995, a free for personal use software program, "Instant Analysis" was
launched. Hosted by Robert Bischoff, Ph.D. of www.shrinktank.com, it remains the
most popular downloaded software.

Police Officer Mugur Ungureanu, software engineer at the Center for Psychosocial
Studies in Bucharest, Romania became aware of the merits of this research and
invited Roerich to inservice psychologists there in December, 2001 and
September, 2002.

A pilot study was launched and is published at www.roadmind.com. It shows
convergent validity of a new mental status exam which appears to be a truer
assessment than is presently possible or known, without sacrificing social
desirability.

The present controlled clinical trials research studies
Senticon Therapy of
emotionally dysfunctional traumatic memory found in Post-Traumatic Stress
Disorder (PTSD).

Processing of emotional trauma found in the senticon promises to usher in a new
paradigm in mental health care. Roadmind University welcomes inquires in this
journey by therapists looking for new, innovative treatment for the mental health
challenged.
